Yes! At Lake Forest Apartments, all residents are required to maintain an active renters insurance policy throughout their residency. If proof of renter's insurance is not provided at move-in a Liability insurance policy charge will be added each month.

At Lake Forest Apartments, rent is due on the 1st of each month, including weekends and holidays. A grace period is provided through the 5th of the month, with late fees beginning on the 5th in accordance with your lease agreement. We encourage our residents to use our online portal payment.
